Cooking In Haiti

I was in Haiti for 6 weeks, running a summer program for children. We fed them every day, over 100 of them. And a local woman cooked lunch for them every day in her kitchen, on this stove. She cooked rice and beans and all of these kids were grateful for this meager meal.
