My ferry to the Isle of Jersey was cancelled today due to bad weather. My backup trip to Old Harry Rock in the Jurassic Harbor was cancelled due to rough waters. And this is the nicest day I have had in the UK yet. I am left with no other recourse than to seek shelter at the oldest pub in the harbor: Poole Arms.

    I’m catching the ferry there tomorrow and arriving just before the zoo closes and then I leave on Tuesday for London and my flight home.
