With Darcy

Darcy had stage 4 cancer and wanted to go to Montana before she died and so off we went. We flew in to Billings and stayed at our friends' house.  They, Steve and Betsy, were away for a few days so they left us their car and we just made ourselves at home.

The first day, we drove form one end to the other of Glacier National Park.  They day was beautiful. It was the last magnificent day of the fall leaves.  The next day it would rain and all the leaves would fall. But this day was stunning.

Our host finally arrived and we spent the days talking, laughing, watching movies, sitting in the sauna, walking through the woods and going to several breweries.  Steve wrote a song fro Darcy and he had us all in tears.  We all know it is the end for Darcy but no one wanted to speak it.
