From time to time, I teach leadership skills to college women in China. I love this experience because I can see a transformation in them right before my eyes. Gloria is just one example of a student to went from being a reserved, quiet female from rural China to a confident, posed woman of the world.

I came back to Sias last night, assisting Jean Wang on the Charity Night. My friends bring their sapphires and wine for the auction tonight. I can't believe the connections can work out so quickly. Jean is amazing.
Then here in the morning I got the email from ASU. AMAZING...
