Philly Skyline

I love to take photos of the Philly skyline but maybe, just maybe, I shouldn't take these photos while I am driving.

Fooling Around With Photoshop

When I first learned the basics of Photoshop, I would spend hours working on my photos.  There were so many nights when I was so deeply entrenched in the moment that I didn't even notice that the sun had come up and now I had to step in to the next day, unaware of where all those hours went.

First snow in two years

The Wolf Moon

I was driving along a road in January and I saw this old house in south Delaware.  It caught my attention because I lived in a house that was the exact architecture when I lived in Williamsport, PA forty years ago.  I loved this ugly, old house.

My New Phone

My New Phone
IPhone 15 Pro Max
September 2024

There was really nothing wrong with my old phone. It was an iPhone 12 Mini and I loved the size.  But I am taking a big trip at the end of this month and I am in a dilemma about taking my large camera.  I just don't want to carry that much equipment anymore. But I really wanted the opportunity to use my zoom lens. So I looked at a special lens fro my iPhone and that was going to cost me a couple of hundred dollars.  Then I looked to upgrade and with the trade in of my phone, I was able to get this new phone for only $13/month foe two years.  I just couldnt pass it up.

And look at how damn great the zoom lens is. I am so excited.

Spider Webs

Spider Webs
July 2022

I love, love, love to look at spider webs and to photgraph them.  I dont like to walk in to them unexpectedly.  That's gross and unnerving.  But i love to study the patterns and the artistry of the webs.

Photos of the Year- 2021

Photos of the Year 2021

I take a lot of photos throughout the year.  Mostly I take them with my phone.  But I often carry a little pocket camera or my DSL Cannon camera with me as well. And at the end of any day, I will have 60, 70 new photos and I don't know what to do with them.  Here are some of them.
