10 Things about Traveling
To date, I have traveled to all 7 continents, all 50 states in the USA and over 85 countries. Here are a few things I have learned along the way:
Every trip changes me a little — new places, new perspectives.
The journey can be just as memorable as the destination, especially those unexpected detours.
People are the best part of any trip: locals, the guides, fellow travelers, or the friends I bring along.
Packing light is an art form.
Food is its own adventure, from street stalls to fine dining, flavors tell the story of a place.
Nature never disappoints, whether it’s Antarctica’s ice, the Sahara’s sand, or the Rockies' peaks.
Every country teaches me patience from customs lines to language barriers. to delayed flights
Traveling solo sharpens my confidence and instincts. I've learn to trust myself.
Group trips make for great memories (and hilarious mishaps) the more, the merrier... most of the time.
Coming home feels different every time. I return to the same place, but I am never the same..
