The Perfect Half & Half

I love a Half & Half: half Guiness and half Harp's Ale. And I love this drink mostly on St. Patrick's Day. So this year, I ordered one and the waitress asked if I wanted her special recipe. She poured the tradionally Guiness and then she pour Allagash's White Ale. It was sweeter than the tradional pour but it was delicious.
