       Some of my thoughts and memories:
  • Texas- 1994- I took a group of students to a scholastic scrimmage at rice University.  Some of the questions were so esoteric that I couldn't even figure out the subject matter.
  • Tennessee- 1996- I went to visit Judy Landry in Nashville and we went to the Grand Old Opry.
  • Tilman Buntz- my good friend from Germany.
  • Thailand- 1992- My first trip to Asia. This is one beautiful country.
  • Tanzania- 2016- on safari and loved it.
  • Tibet- 1999- what an isolated place.
  • Thomas Jefferson- what a brilliant mind.
  • Turks and Cacaos- For a very short period of time, I thought about buying a condo here and living here during the winter months when I retired.
  • Tomb Sweeping Festival- China- it's a day to pay respect to your dead relatives.
  • Trinidad- on my bucket list.
  • Tunisia- on my bucket list.
  • Turkey- on my bucket list. I want to take a big Silk Road trip and I would start here.
  • Tienanmen Square- China- my Chinese students think nothing happened in this square in 1989.  They believe this story is Western propaganda.
  • Train Ride across America- I took a train from Baltimore, MD to Evansville, CA.  It took four days and I loved every minute of it.
  • Trouble with Angles- the movie- 1967- one of my favorite movies.  I wanted to be just like Haley Mills when I went to my all girls, Catholic high school.
  • Tuna Sandwiches- Yes, on rye or pumpernickel toast.
  • Tomato Sandwich- yes, but only during the summer and when I am at the beach.
  • Tea Bitches- China- two bitches tricked me in to paying too much money for tea.  It's a well known scam and I got caught.  But I got so damn mad at them that I got my money back and more.
  • Tucson, AZ- when I finished college, I thought I wanted to live here. But once I had the opportunity, I changed my mind.
  • Teresa- my oldest niece
  • Tired Hands Brewery- PA- I don't like this place.
  • Tin Lizard Brewery- PA- they make some nice beers.
  • Toppling Goliath Brewery- IO- I like this place as well.
  • Taj Maha- India- I spent one beautiful day here.
  • Tate Gallery- London, England- I spent an afternoon here and I need to go back.
  • Telluride Bluegrass Festivall- 2011- Robert Plant was the main draw at this concert.  I don't consider him to be a bluegrass guy.
  • Thames River- London- I took a boat cruise here and the vending machines sold beer and wine.
  • Tangled Up In Blue- Bob Dylan- I always love to hear this song, even after 40+ years.
  • Terra Cotta Warriors- China- this are no words to describe this site.
  • Temptations- a great Motown group with lots of great songs.
  • Transistor Radio- 1965- my radio was turquoise and I loved it.  It was battery operated and I didn't have any money so it was often silent.
  • Telluride Bluegrass Festival-2011- it was great fun.  Robert Plant was the main draw at this event.
  • Time Square- NYC- it is always fun to go here and get caught up int he excitement of the city.
  • Tower of Pisa- Italy- 1973- the tower was leaning so much back then that I wouldn't climb it.
  • Top of the Rock- NYC- you are on top of the world when you are up there.
  • Tim Conway- he was on the Carol Burnett show and he was so silly and cleaver.
  • Terra Cotta Warriors- 2012- China- there isn't a word that is adequate enough to describe this site.
  • Thanksgiving- this was my favorite holiday until my mom died and then this holiday died too.
  • Turkey leftovers- yes, I like my leftovers in a sandwich with warm gravy poured over it.
  • Touchstone Art Center- PA- I love to take classes here.
  • Temple University- 1979- Philly- TUCC- Temple University Center City- I took classes here in the evening, after wool
  •  The Way Forward Is with A Broken Heart- Alice Walker is one of my favorite authors. I've read most of her books.
  • Trading Places- I thought this movie was so damn funny.  I just watched it again recently and it wasn’t as funny to me.
  • Tacos- I like the head shell over the soft shell.
  • Tea- I like it hot or cold.
  • Tempura- I can eat just about anything if it is cooked tempura style.
  • Tofu- I never liked tofu until I lived in China and had so many variety's.  Now, it's a food that could help me become a vegetarian.
  • Tootsie Roll Pops- I loved to eat these pops as a kid.  I would suck on it until it was just about resolved and then I would crunch down on that sweet taffy taste in the middle.
  • Trisket crackers- my favorite cracker. And now that they are coming in a variety of favors, I like them even more.
  • Trains in China- 2012- It wasn't until I took a train ride to a remote area that I truly understood how crowded China actually is.  There are a lot of people in that country.
  • Thamel, Nepal- 2017- a tourist area in Kathmandu that offers a good cup of coffee, western breakfasts, beer and other vices.
  • Taos, NM- 2003- a hippie community.
  • The Fugitive- 1960's TV show- I loved this show.  I thought the star was handsome and a good husband.  And I worried every time he was almost caught.
