OMG, I loved this bar. It had all the elements that I love in a bar. It was a dive. The beer was cheap. It could handle a big crowd. The bar was long and had plenty of seats. The jukebox had an extensive collection of wonderful music. The owner and his wife were unpleanst, intolerant assholes. But no bar is perfect.
One summer, I drove to this great bar and discovered that it had been sold over the winter and the new owner dropped a ton of money on renovations and the beauty of this little shit hole was ruined for life. I never went back there.
