What makes me so damn lucky?

• I came from a good family.
• My parents loved each other and us.
• My siblings married well.
• My nieces and nephews are good people.
• I am highly educated.
• I have traveled the world.
• I have been in good health.
• I love and am loved.
• I have had meaningful work.
• I have a strong network of friends.
• I have never missed a meal.
• I have always had a roof over my head.
• I know how to read.
• I appreciated art and music.
• I have freedom of speech.
• I saved some of my money.
• I vote, unafraid,  in every election.
• I have had multiple opportunities to give back to my community.
• I find peace in nature.
• I can pay all of my bills on time.
• When I turn on my facet, clean water pours out.
