The First and the Only Time They Met

ATLANTA, GA
I tooK my nephews to meet my aunt and uncle in Atlanta, GA. I really wanted the boys to met them as this was my mother's brother and the boys never had the chance to meet my mother. So I as hoping this might be a connection for them. So we drove from Virginia to Georgia to visit them. I thought for sure that we might have at least one more opportunity ti met. Then COVID took over and so did Alzheimer Disease and life and it was the only time they ever met.
