At this moment, I was on my way to teach leadership skills to women in Nepal. I had solicited my friends to send me menstrual cups to distribute to women in remote villages.

Thank you to all of my friends who sent me DIVA cups. I received 70 sets (140cups). People are asking if they can still purchase a set. I will take over as many as I get. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. It is hard to believe that women are still shamed for menstruating.
