They Weighed A Ton

Because it was so cold all day, we had to wear these boots all day long and they weighed a ton. The boots were issued to us by our tour company. And the laces had to be adjusted all day long as constraints of the laces tightened up or loosen up. And I never tied the top lace tight enough so my guide had to bend over and tie my boots as if I was a four year old. Sometimes, he would knot the lace too tight, so I had to go back to him at the end of the day and get him to unite the knot.OMG, I Hated These Monkeys.

It was really cold here and I was grateful to have these boots but I was equally glad to turn them back in at the end of the trip.
