Movies 2024
I love to go to the movies.
- The Boys in the Boat- what determination.
- Ruskin- I never heard of him until this year and he lived in my current neighborg=hood.
- American Fiction- this was a well written story of negative stereotypes.
- Fantastic Beast- I forget which one I saw. There are three of these movies and I will watch any one of them whenever I can. I love the magic.
- The Color Purple- original
- Origin- What a profound movie. Now I want to read the book.
- Oscar shorts- documentaries
- Oscar Shorts- Live Action
- The Taste of Things.- This live reminded me of Babette's Feast.
- Still Alice- my friend was just diagnosed with dementia.
- Cabrini- She is an inspiration.
- Nalavyn- the story of the Russian who challenged Putin. Of course, he was killed.
- One Life- Anthony Hopkins played a man who saved 660 children from the Nazis.
- Wicked, Little Letters- Olivia Coleman- I loved this movie. It was clever, quacky and well written.
- West Chester Film Festival
- The Long Shot- we continue to have a blind eye to racism in our country,
- Driving Madeline- It was an interesting movie but I didnt love it.
- Tuesday- Nope, I didn't like it.
- Thelma- It was funny and poignant.
- Janet Planet- Im not sure if I liked this movie or not.
- Twisted- I am never going to live in Oklahoma.
- The Widow of Clicquot- well done.
- The Despicables- I saw this movies with my little nephews. I sins pay much attention to the plot but I loved listening to my nephews giggle throughout the whole movie.
- Yesterday- I liked it but wouldn't watch it again.
- White Bird- I think Ive seen enough Holocaust movies.
- Conclave- I loved it and saw it twice.
- Wicked- I think this movie was a little bit of a knock off of the Barbie movie.
- 6Triple8- yet another story of the bigotry of the USA.
- A Complete Unknown- This was a great movie about a musician that I just dont like. Love his music, can't stand him.
