1-The Post- Meryl Streep wasn't strong enough in this movie.
2-Darkest Hour- Churchill was portrayed too much as a kook rather than brilliant.
3-Ladybird- loved it but the ending feel apart.
4- The Greatest Showman- a great show
5- The Shape of Water- what a bizarre movie.
6- I, Tanya- OMG, I've seen this movie twice already.
7- Three Billboards in Ebbing, Missouri
8- Leisure Seeker- a sad topic, a fun movie. Lots of poor acting in the supporting roles.
9- A Wrinkle In Time- a great fantasy movie.
10- The Isle of Dogs- I love Wes Anderson
11- Chappaquiddick- how did Kennedy get away with this crime.
12- Pope Francis- In His Own Words- this man is humbling.
13- RBG- outstanding

Travels-
- I traveld to the Arctic Tundra to see polar bears. But there had been an early frost so the bay was frozen and the bears had migrated 30 miles on the ice.
- I spent a week in FL with Jaye and Dom.
- Clay and I traveld to AZ. We explored the Antelope Canyon and it was gorgeous.
- I traveled to TN to see two women I had traveled with in 2013 through northern Europe. I stopped in KY on the way home to see Lincoln's birthplace.
- I traveled to Wales and the Isle of Jersey. I particulalry wanted to see Gerard
- I traveled to MN, IO and WI.
News events:
- Every day, that dumb fuck Trump embarrasses us on the global front. I hate him.
- The Parkland school shooting rocked the nation and brought out cries of protest from high school kids around the country.
- The Trump-Russia probe continued and we all waited in anticipation to use the evidence to get rid of Trump.
- The #MeToo movement sparked the world and women came out and said "enough."
- Mass shootings, particularly in high schools, have become a weekly event.
- U.S. midterm elections brought so many women to Washington, DC.
- Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination was a disgrace. He has a drinking problem, a debt problem and groping problem. But he was still given a lifetime appointment on the Supreme Court.
Family / friends news:
- My gall bladder went bad. So it was removed in November.
- I also have a damn, fatty liver.
- Gus joined the Army.
- I sold my Carpenter's Point, MD house. I was so happy to unload that place.
- My friend, John Elrich, died of cancer.
- I participated in the Women's March in West Chester and I participated in the Gun Reform March in Washington, DC.
- My 45th high school reunion was held in May. One of my classmates died in the winter. Her private plane crashed and killed her husband and her.
