Public Works Ale

I never heard of Public Works brewery until today and I am glad I did for two very important reasons:

1- It's a very good IPA, lots of hops but not too filling so I am going to put this beer on my summer list of IPAs.  I could drink this beer all day

 and

2- the label indicates that "Public works Ale donates a percentage of its proceeds towards job training in your community."  Now, I don't know if this is true or not but I like the gesture (and I like the beer).

 

This is a Baltimore brewing company.  I think I will have to make a road trip to this place.
