I taught leadership skills to college women in China at Skas University in 2012.  This is a posting I received on Facebook from a former student, on my FB wall.  When I read something like this, I wish I had made even more effort to connect with these women.

"Thanks World Academy for the Future of Women facilitators for empowering women in China to pursue their dreams. Lately I have been assisting a journalist with interviews of Chinese students overseas. Lots of people refused the interview as they were scared to be in front of the camera, but all WAFW members agreed immediately. All of the leadership programs in WAFW have given us the courage to have our voice heard no matter which country we are in.
