Good Decisions
Truthfully, there were not enough good decisions in my repertoire of behaviors but I did make a few.
- I never married. I am too self centered to marry.
- I never had children. OMG, I would have made a terrible mother. I don't like babies. And kids take up too much time and effort.
- I never smoked. And I was mostly afraid of street drugs as well.
- I went to college. I was a poor student in high school. So going to college was an academic stretch.
- I learned to travel by myself. That's allowed me to visit to all 7 continents, 70+ countries and most of the states in the USA.
- I learned to be more fearless than fearful.
- I never had a television. So I became an avid reader instead.
- I went to Penn State University. This place was a very good fit for me.
- I left the catholic church. I gave up on formalized religion all together. THANK GOD!
- I made up my mind to get over my fear of public speaking.
