A few of my random thoughts and memories
- Canada- I love to visit this country- Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto, Waupoos, Winnipeg, Churchill, Vancouver, Bella Bella.
- Cambodia- I could spend a week at Angor Wat.
- China- I taught there at Sias University in 2012 and 2015.
- Chris- my younger brother- October 9, 1957
- Camden, NJ- a sad city
- Craft beer- I will never drink a Budweiser again now that I have become a microbe kook.
- CATS- the musical- I saw it a day after I was burglarized and my mind was elsewhere. Maybe I should see it again.
- California- I've been here a dozen time. I love to visit but I could never live in CA.
- Colorado- for the last 9 years, I've visited here every year.
- Coffee- I drink too much coffee. I should work on moving to decaf coffee.
- Christmas Bird Counts- CA, Chesapeake Bay, PA and Bermuda
- Cats- they give me the creeps.
- Crust and Crumb Bakery- my 1975 summer job.
- Cryo Wellness Treatment- I stood in a vat that was -120F for three minutes. I froze my ass off.
- Carol King- 1970- The Tapestry album. I think I wore a hole in that album.
- Caitlin- my niece.
- Captain Crunch- one of my favorite childhood cereals. I just couldn't imagine eating that shit now.
- Candid Camera- a 1960s TV show that I watched religiously.
- Cuba- a destination site that pokes at me.
- Chariots of Fire- the first CD I bought.
- Court and Spark- a masterpiece album by Joni Mitchell.
- Central High School- Arkansas- the site of courage and civil rights.
- Camping- I love to go camping.
- Cooking- I don't get. I cant do it. It doesn't interest me.
- Clogs- I wore my blue suede clogs fro so long that they were in style, they went out of style and they came back in to style again.
- Cameras- I own a shitload of camera. I think I have nine.
- Coconut water- I am trying very hard to like this water because it is supposed to be so good for hydration and I tend to be dehydrated.
- Cannon- my favorite brand of cameras.
- CDs (Compact Discs) - I bought my first one in 1986 and accumulated over 1000 of these damn things.
- Connecticut- I mostly just spent the afternoon in this state.
- Crab legs- I like snow crabs more than Alaskan King Crabs
- Corn on the cob- a summer treat
- Cheese steaks- I shouldn't eat them but I love them.
- Cheese cakes- I shouldn't eat them but I love them
- Christmas- OMG, I hate this holiday
- Caribbean- I will go here every chance I get.
- Computers- it took me a while to come on board with computers but now I carry my computer everywhere.
- Christianity- i have lost all confidence in Christianity.
- Cars- Honda Civic, Honda Element, Mercury Mystic (2), Ford something, Renault, Dodge van
- Camden Waterfront- I saw Joni Mitchell there in 2000.
- Coffee Scrubs- I love to be scrubbed.
- Carpenter's Point, MD- my home for the last few years.
- Cape Town, South Africa- 1994
- Cannonball Creek Brewery- I would go back here if the opportunity presented itself.
- Cape May Brewery- a lovely brewery
- Casca Brewery- I've been here twice and that is enough.
- Chestnut Hill Brewery- no thanks
- Cold Spring Brewery-no thanks
- Conshocken Brewery- I liked the vibe here.
- Crime and Punishment Brewery- no thanks.
- Can We Still Be Friends- A Todd Rungdren song that I love.
- Car 54, Where Are You?- a favorite TV from the 1960's
- Costo Rico- 1998
- Czech Republic- 2007
- Columcille Park- PA
- Churchill, Canada- I went there in November 2018 to see polar bears.
- candy corn- one of my favorites as a kid. Now, it is too damn sweet to eat.
- Craters of the Moon Monument- Idaho- 2016
- Cat Baloo- one of my favorite movies from the 1960s.
- Cape May, NJ- a sweet beach town.
- Chemistry class- 1972- I had to take this damn course in summer school.
- Chester County, PA- I live here now.
- Castle Combe, England- 1982- if I ever get married, I am having a destination wedding here.
- Chang Mi, Thailand- 1992- a beautiful city.
- Chicago, Illinois- This is a hip, happening city.
- Cinque Terre, Italy- 1990- OMG, I love this place.
- Cirque du Soleil- I've seen several of these shows and I am always one the edge of my seat during these performances.
- Cliffs of Muir, Ireland- 2000- a spiritual place.
- Chobe National Park, Botswana- 2001- I was humbled by these magnificent animals in the wild.
- Chesapeake River- East Coast, USA- a national treasure that we are polluting without shame.
- Chitwan National Park, Nepal- 2017- I saw a Bengali tiger here.
- Chinatown- PHL, NYC, SF- these towns are the best places to get a good, cheap meal.
- Charlene Frable- we worked together at Stroudsburg High School. She died after a tough battle with cancer in 2015.
- Celeste Duke- we worked together at Jenkintown High School in 1984 and we have remained friends since then.
- Carina- China- she is one of my many wonderful Chinese students. I taught her in 2012 and we have stayed in contact.
- Cousins- Larry, John, Nancy, Susan, Joe, Julia, Eileen, Larry, Tom, Patrick, Denise, Maureen, Lisa, Sean, Pam, Cindy and Rick.
- Charles River- Chicago- I took a river tour of the architect of the city. This was a great tour.
- Chobe River- Africa- it is filled with dangerous wildlife.
- Chess- a Broadway play that I loved.
- Carol Burnett- a very talented comedian.
- Cadillac- this was the premier car when I was a kid. Now, I don't think anyone drives this big ass car anymore.
