My Favorite Things
OK, I'll admit it. I have too much stuff and I can't get out from under all of my possessions. But some of my things I like more than others, such as:
- my kayak: I have a 12' sit in kayak; I have three other kayaks but they are not my favorites
- multiple denim jackets: I think I have six of them.
- my wooden Greenland kayak paddle
- my laptop computer
- tons of camera equipment
- my car- Honda Civic, it takes me places
- my bed and all of its pillows and sheets and blankets
- my big, blue corduroy chair. I sit in that chair for hours at a time.
- my mother's paintings.
- my collection of street art from around the world. I have something form every continent but Antarctic.
- my books
- too many scarves from all of my travels
- my books. I wish I could get rid of them after I read them. But I don't. I hang on to them with the ridiculous thought that I will someday read them again.
- flip flops. I like sandals too but I prefer flip flops.
- my little Italian coffee maker
- my hot tub, I can sit in it for hours at a time.
- my Joni Mitchell collection
- big, roomy, comfortable shirts
- travel maps, I love to read maps
- my cheap MP3 player- I paid $30 for it. I hate my expensive Apple iPod.
- my boothtooth speaker
- travel accessories: luggage, back packs, compasses, swiss army knife, packing cubes, day packs, water bottles, etc.
