It is chilly this morning. I am wearing a jacket and long pants. I am sure the air will heat up as the day progresses. But right now, there is a chill in the air. So I am taken aback when I see this family by the water fountain. The mother is finishing up her wash. The grandmother just finished helping the girls take a bird bath in this fountain. They are given a thin sarong to cover themselves, to protect their modesty. Their hair is wet. They are shivering a bit. And I am cold, just staring at them.
