Out To Dinner

"Why is our chicken taking so damn long? It's not like there are another customers in the restaurant. What are they doing back there in the kitchen", I want to know. I am growing impatient with our 45 minute wait.
"They literally go in the back yard and get a chicken, kill it, pluck it and roast it, she explains to me, "so be careful, the whole chicken is coming out, not the head or the feet but the neck and other things, all on one plate", she warns us.
I order another beer and take a silent vow to pay very close attention to what pieces of meat I chose once our meal finally arrives.
