As The Sun Sets In Utah

We had spent the afternoon at Pioneer Park and the sun was just beginning to set.  When I looked at the sky, I was disappointed.  The clouds covered the sun and left no doubt that today would not be an intertesting sunset.  So we got in our car and took off. But half way down the highway, the clouds cleared and a beautiful sunset emerged.  So we stopped and watched.  After a few mintues, we got back in our car and headed out. We thought we had seen the best of the moment and we still had another hour or so of driving to Springdale.

A few minutes later, I looked out my window and couldnt believe the beauty.  I asked my sister-in-law to pull over so we could watch the sky for just a few more minutes.  It was covered with hues of pink and yellow and gold and orange.  It was beautiful.  So she pulled over in some field and we all watched, in silence.
