- 2005- Dog sledding in Wyoming
- April 26, 1959- Patricia, my parents’ sixth child, is born.
- Easter Sunday: as kids, we rarely got Easter baskets. My mother didn't want us to have all that sugar.
- 2007- Moab, Utah- what a beautiful state
- 2015- I met the President of the USA.
- · Sunrise services on the beach on Easter Morning.
- A trip to New Mexico- Taos, Santa Fe, 10,000 Waves, green chile peppers
- Tulips spring up in my yard.
- 1973- My first trip abroad, I went to Italy as part of a class trip. Rome, Florence, Venice, Assisi, Pisa, Michelangelo, David, the Vatican, gondolas, espresso coffee, the Spanish Steps all captured my attention and set on an insatiable path to travel the rest of the world.
- · On Good Friday, we frequently went to the Italian Market in Philadelphia. When we returned to school the following Monday, my mother instructed us, “don’t tell the nuns what we did on Friday. Tell them we spent the day together as a family.”
- · April 12, 1998- it is my mother’s birthday so I go out to buy her a present. But then the task overwhelms me. She is dying and only has a few more weeks to live. What kind of present do you buy for a dying person?
- 2018- a trip to Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa
2018- sang with Grammy Award Winner Bobby McFerrin.
