It’s hard to believe that it’s been 15 years since my dad died. I continue to be thankful for his positive influence on me. He taught me to be strong, stand for my principles and stand against social injustices. Most nights, at dinner, he would ask the 7 of us, “what have you done today to justice your existence”. When I was a kid, I worried about this question. When I has a teenager, I laughed at this question. Now, I ask myself this question every day. Thanks Dad.

Pamela H. Hoy I love your dad’s question that he posed...surely could put one on the hot seat. I think being held accountable at a young age helped make you who you are today. Many now give thanks to your wise father!

Hidden River Brewery

This is a fun place to visit. It's an old, historical house and there are 6 or 7 different drinking spots within the house. It was jam packed. The wait staff hustled and people were enjoying themselves. You have to wait in line to get your beer and I hate this option. There are no flights. Growlers are only filled on slow days. They only serve 10 oz pours. So the place is not as user friendly as I would like.

I had the DIPA and the IPA and I liked the IPA better. The DIPA had a bitter aftertaste. I also tried the British Bitter Ale which I didn't like because there just wasn't enough taste for me.

I still hear from my former students on a regular basis. I was a high school principal. from 1989 to 2010. It's always nice to hear from them.

Hi Ms. Kelly, I was thinking about my time at Stroudsburg High School and though I wasn't the best student, I do remember the great teachers and you a Principle that would always say hi to me in the halls and talked to me if I happened to get set to your office.

I am married to an educator and have come to realize what it takes to be a great one. My wife Kiffany Lychock is the director of innovation for Boulder Valley School district in Colorado. I see what she and her colleagues do to reach and teach their kids. It is amazing the time that goes into making a difference and after 30yrs of clocked time which we all know is more like 50yrs I congratulate you on your retirement and making a difference.

Have a great retirement and thank you. Sorry for getting in a couple of fights while under your watch but I swear they started it
